Disaster Response HOspital and PErsonal registration (Dr. HOPE)
To prepare ourselves for unforeseeable disasters, we must estimate the number of emergency workers as well as the amount of supplies that are available. In various parts of Taiwan enthusiastic disaster medical workers, medical agencies, doctors and nurses collaborate to estimate their availability. Dr. HOPE is trying to analyze this statistic to give us an idea about the demographics of medical workers in various parts of Taiwan. We are using the disaster.org world wide web to allow disaster workers to register their information. If you are a medical worker, we sincerely hope you will register with us as soon as you can so we can construct this statistical tool. All information will be kept private and only be used by us and the department of health. Information will not be released to anyone else and registering does not obligate you to any disaster relief.
